Terms of Use and Conditions

Acmetek Global Solutions (“Acmetek”) shall provide its products and services to the Customer under the following Terms and Conditions.

This applies to www.sslpartnercenter.com, www.sslsupportdesk.com, shop.sslsupportdesk.com, tryvmc.com and all sites powered by, owned, and operated by Acmetek.

This document forms an agreement between Acmetek and the Customer and is intended to safeguard both the integrity and liability of Acmetek and the Customer. Acmetek will enforce these Terms and Conditions to ensure the optimal speed, power, performance, and reliability of its products and services, as well as products and services resold or re-branded to the Customer by Acmetek. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time.

The Customer understands and agrees that any product or service is provided on an “as-is” basis and that Acmetek assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any Customer communications or personalization settings.

No Unlawful Or Prohibited Use

As a condition of using any product or service, the Customer agrees not to use the service or product for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. The Customer may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service, product, accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any service or product operated by Acmetek, whether through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

The Customer may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available by Acmetek.
Acmetek reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disclose any information deemed necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

Third Party

Any interactions with third parties (including advertisers) found on the Acmetek website, or participation in promotions, including the delivery of and payment for goods and services, as well as any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such interactions or promotions, are solely between the Customer and the third party. Acmetek shall not be responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings or promotions.

Terminations

The Customer agrees that Acmetek may, at its sole discretion, terminate the Customer’s password, account (or any part thereof), or use of any product or service for violating any of these terms or for any other reason that Acmetek deems reasonable. Either party can immediately terminate this agreement with written 60-day notice at any time. Once terminated, the Customer or Partner is free to purchase SSL certificates from another company at any time.

Customer Responsibilities

Using any product or service in connection with pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk e-mail, spamming, or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise) is strictly prohibited.

In consideration of using any product or service, the Customer agrees to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by any registration, application, or sign-up form.
  •  Maintain and promptly update any registration data, application data, or similar data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If any information is found to be untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, Acmetek reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer’s account, product, or service, and refuse any and all current or future use of any account, product, or service (or any portion thereof).
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and is fully accountable for all activities that occur using those credentials. Some products and services may allow the Customer to select their own credentials.
Any Customer found to be in violation of system or network security may be subject to both criminal and civil liability, as well as immediate account, product, or service termination. Examples include, but are not limited to unauthorized access, use, probe, or scan of system security or authentication measures, and data or traffic interference with any service, host, or network.

Prohibited Content and Activities

Acmetek does NOT permit Customers to provide any content, points of distribution, or links to sites that:

  • Infringe on any third party’s intellectual property or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy.
  • Violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
  • Violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
  • Contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel-bots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer or another’s property.
  • Contain pirated or hacking/phreaking software (warez).

Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for products and services must be made in accordance with Acmetek’s established billing procedures. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued based on the terms outlined in the individual service agreement.

Frequent Returns and Account Deactivation

Frequent Returns

At Acmetek, we strive to offer our customers a generous and fair return policy. However, we also monitor the frequency of product returns to protect against misuse of our generous terms. Our aim is to provide all our customers with the highest level of service.

  1. Monitoring: We reserve the right to review and monitor the return history of each customer. Customers with a higher-than-average frequency of returns may be flagged for further review.
  2. Consequences: If it is determined, at our sole discretion, that a customer has been making excessive returns, several actions may be taken:

• Refusal of further returns and refunds for that customer.
• Immediate deactivation of the customer’s account to prevent future purchases and returns.

  1. Notification: Customers subjected to these consequences will be notified via the email address associated with their Acmetek account.
  2. Appeal Process: If your account has been deactivated due to frequent returns, and you believe this action has been taken in error, you have the right to appeal. Please contact our Customer Service Team to initiate the appeal process.
  3. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The version of this policy that will apply to your order will be the one available on Acmetek at the time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Acmetek shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its services.

Warranty Disclaimer

All products and services are provided “as is” and without any kind of warranty. Any warranties stated are limited to the written description of the particular product or service.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy

Intellectual Property

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
